November Events (mushrooms)

Okay, so as you may have noticed in November you can find mushrooms in your Animal Crossing town. If you pick them up they either stay as mushrooms or become a piece of the mush furniture set. There are 5 types of mushroom you can find; Round Mushroom, Flat Mushroom, Skinny Mushroom, Elegant Mushroom, and Rare Mushroom. The most important 2 are the Elegant and Rare because they sell for 10,000 and 16,000 Bells. The Rare mushrooms must be dug up, the Elegant mushrooms can be found anywhere.

Halloween (October 31)

On Halloween you should have lots of candy saved by now. You can get lots on Bunny day so stock up, you can also purchase one candy every day at Nook's.
On Halloween things get exciting If you want to have some fun I suggest getting a cool little costume like The Zap outfit or something or the witch costume from Gracie Grace. If you don't got any Bells then just walk outside your house on Halloween night *with NOTHING in your pockets!* and go find someone in your town and talk to them. When they ask for candy you say "NO" or whatever. Then they will give you a pumpkin head. BANG! instant costume!
Now is the fun part. Searching for Jack. You should have collected lots of candy by now. Everyone in your town will be wearing the same costume 9pumpkin head, purple shirt) including JACK, witch makes it difficult. Empty your pockets and make sure you have the maximum amount of letters. Put the candy in the letters. (you can also put some shells in you pocket, like 6 or something, tell ya why later ;) Then walk outside. THIS IS THE TRICKY PART. Now is your quest to find Jack. The people in your town will run up to you when they see you but jack wont, he will remain where he is. If you get caught by a person in your town dont give them candy. You should have no candy in your pockets so it wont matter. They will probably just turn one of the shells in your into a jack-in-the-Box. Continue your search. When you find him, BEFORE YOU TALK TO HIM, take out ONE candy and give it to him. Then he will disappear and you will have to look for him again. He will trade you furniture for a candy. Here is the setSpooky Bed
Spooky Dresser Spooky Sofa Spooky Wardrobe Spooky Table Spooky Chair Spooky Bookcase Spooky Vanity Spooky Clock Spooky Lamp Spooky Rug, and the Spooky Wallpaper

Ultimate Riches ! ! ! ! !

Okay, I haven't posted anything in a looooong time but this will probably make up for it. Now I'm not sure if this will work, it probably will but here is my idea of how to get rich, and I mean REALLY rich. I think this is how all the Animal Crossing pros do it, like you see on you tube where they have money trees and huge houses. Okay, this also may take a while but in the end you will probably end up with lots of cash to pay of a mortgage or whatever. This also will require changing the time and date sooo, yeah, lots of weeds.... OKAY, FIRST: change the date to either October 31, December 24, Bunny Day (date changes every year) or any other holiday that someone comes to town and gives you furniture. Refer to the Animal Crossing City Folk Calendar (I have a link for it somewhere) for dates. NEXT go find the special visitor (who ever it is) and get what is required to receive furniture. For example on Bunny Day (April 4, 2010) the big bunny in front of town hall will want you to give him bunny foil. If you give him bunny foil you will get some Egg Furniture. THEN collect as much theme furniture as possible. LASTLY: sell the furniture to Nook and you should get lots of Bells. you will probably have to repeat this a lot, and YOU WILL GET LOTS OF WEEDS but don't freak out, weeds can be pulled, or if you find Whisp's lamp thingy.

Animal Crossing New Stuff

I havent played Animal Crossing City Folk for a while but when I did go on I bought a Gracie shelf from Gracie Grace for 30% off. It was still very expensive, I spent all of my savings on it, and it doesnt match with any of my furniture. But thats not the point. There will be fireworks every Sunday in August. Wich means you can get fireworks from Tortimer! On September 7th its Labour Day. You probably get something there too. I will be bloggin' alot more when summer is over. So you wont be seeing anything new until September. Enjoy Animal Crossing City Folk. Have a nice summer!

I learnt that there is a third Able sister. You know Mable and Sable from the tailor shop (clothes store)? Apparently they had another sister that doesnt work with them at their store! She is Labelle from GraiceGrace in the city! Isnt that cool. Tom Nook or the Able sisters might start talking about this randomly in the game!

Flea Market

Flea markets are great becuase you can buy that peice of furniture from your animal friends house that you have been wanting, unless they won't seel it to you :( Anyways, the Flea market comes around on the last Sunday of every month. If you want lots of Bells then the Flea market is what you need becasue this oportunity only comes once a month.

FLEA MARKET PREP

Do this the day before beucase if you do it in the day of the Flea market the animal will come into your house and then you cant move your furniture!,/br>

1) Catch fish.

2) Catch bugs.

3) Pick up flowers.

4) Find furniture and shirts you dont want.

Next arrange these items in your room.

FLEA MARKEY DAY!

Today all you have to do is be a good sales person. Wait for the animals to come into your house. When they come in, sell your items to them. Make sure you start of with a high price becuase they might actually buy it, then work your way down...

Bunny Day

Me and Zipper T. Bunny

Today (Sunday, April 12th 2009) was Bunny Day. Zipper T. Bunny comes to everyones town and hides eggs in the ground. Don't know what do do next? Keep reading to find out more about Bunny Day, furniture, finding eggs, bunny pictures, candy, and prices! Happy Bunny Day!

First I got into the Bunny Day theme and dressed up like a bunny by wearing an awesome bunny hood! Then its time to seach. You can go talk to Zipper T. or you can start diggin'. And yes, you do need a shovel. The eggs are only in the ground. They leave the same mark in the ground that fossils or gyroids do (brown stars).

When you open all of your eggs see if you have any foil. If you have foil give it to Zipper T for a peice of egg furniture! If you have candy you can either eat it of sell it or give it away or somthing. Candy sells for 100 Bells each. Furniture sells for LOTS! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

(giving Zipper T my bunny foil)

me with all of my candy!

BUNNY FURNITURE

egg bed

egg table

egg chair

egg clock

egg stereo

egg closet

egg chest (wardrobe)

egg lamp

egg toyset

egg wallpaper

egg carpet

This is what Kiki
thinks of Zipper T. I personaly agree, he is kindof kreepy. He jumps around and the music changes when you get near him.
TRY THIS!

1)Slowly walk away from the town hall. Make sure you can see Zipper T at all times. When you get off of the concrete the music will change back and Zipper T will stop jumping and he will sigh! Its so cool.

2)TRY THIS! If you stand behind him he wont take any eggs from you he will tell you to go talk to him infront!

Frillard!

Have you ever looked closely at the posters on the outside wall of the maraquee? Well there are two posters. One is of Dr. Shrunk and the other is Frillard the lizard. I'm not sure when he shows up but when he does he can teach you emotions Dr. Shrunk cant! Cool eh?

Jack (Halloween)

I'm not sure if this works but apparently if you refuse to give Jack candy on Haloween he gives you these items. Pumpkin Mask Refuse the first time. Moldy Shirt or Patched Shirt Refuse the second time. Jack in the box, or Jack O Lantern Refuse the third time. He will give you if you continue to refuse.

The Roost

The Roost is in the Museum. If you buy 7 cups of coffee (1,400 Bells worth) Brewster will let you store Gyroids there so you dont waste clostet or house space. A Gyroid is that thing you dig up from the ground and it makes noises and moves around.

Phineas (Balloon Guy)

Phineas comes to town on any day of the week, usually on the weekend BUT IT HAS TO BE SUNNY OUTSIDE. (only if you don't change the time or date in your game) You can meet him in the town. If you talk to him he will ask what you want. You can get a balloon, bunny balloon, pinwheel, or a bubble blower. If you ask him again he will tell you a hort story about how you are greedy.

Check out this Animal Crossing Website!

I think is for Animal Crossing Wild World (DS) but its still al Animal Crossing! http://www.animalcrossingcommunity.com/

Forged Paintings (Redd's Shop)

Everyone hates when you pay around 3,900 Bells for a painting that is FORGED! How can you tell if its not forged? I have a few ways listed here but I'm really not sure if they work or not.
-There are small black and white spots on the forged paintings.

-There may be a price difference.

-Redd might push you more to buy the forged ones.
